Data Collected

This site only collects data you voluntarily submit through the demo request form: your store's website address and your work email address. No data is collected without your explicit action.

Purpose

Your data is used to respond to your inquiry and may be used to keep you informed of new solutions or updates. It is never shared with third parties.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted within 12 months of the last exchange.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (anonymized traffic measurement, IP masked, advertising features disabled) and Apollo.io (identifies visiting companies by public IP). No advertising cookies or remarketing tracking. You can block these tools via a browser extension or your browser's privacy settings.

Outbound contact and where your details came from

If you receive a message from me without having contacted me first, your professional details came from public sources or business databases, principally Apollo.io, LinkedIn and your company's own website. The data involved is limited to your name, your role, your work email address and your employer.

The purpose is business-to-business outreach, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f), and the message always concerns your professional role, never your private life. Contact details are never sold, shared or used for anything else.

You can object at any time, with no need to give a reason, by simply replying to the message or writing to fabien@gem-cx.com. Your data is then deleted and you are never contacted again. You also have the right to access, correct and erase your data, at the same address.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at fabien@gem-cx.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: cnil.fr).

This site is served via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The domain is registered with Hostinger. Data submitted through the contact form passes through these infrastructures before being delivered by email.
